Technical Information (for support

- Go to
Microsoft Product Support Services and figure out a way
to blame them, we use sun spots as a default answer.
- Open IIS Help, which really isn't any help to you at this point.
- Check that the network cable
is plugged in.(If you don't know what that is just look at
the back of your system and start pulling cables out until
this message goes away.)
- Tell the user that the
Internet is down and that they need to reinstall.
